Junkman’s Daughter is happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date for online purchases. In store purchases are exchange or store credit only. You will not be charged a restocking fee, however, you are responsible for exact return shipping costs in the case of an exchange or return! If you have been sent the incorrect item we will take care of all return and exchange shipping costs. Items returned or exchanged must appear unworn and new, in original packaging, and be free of animal hair and be free of odors such as perfume, smoke, etc.
The following items are not available for refund, exchange or store credit: Halloween items, gift cards, costumes, lingerie, hosiery, undergarments, hats, wigs, tobacco shop items and sale items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Standard Shipping Methods: (USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground) We process orders between the hours of 11am and 5pm EST, daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Typically, orders can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to leave our facility, depending upon current order volume. During large promotions/sales, there may be additional delays. Expedited Shipping Methods: (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3-Day Select) Orders received before 11 AM EST will ship same day. Any orders received after 11AM EST will be processed on the following business day Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. UPS does not deliver expedited orders on weekends!
WHAT ARE MY DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS?
UPS Expedited Options: (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select): Transit times are between 1-3 Business Days, depending on the option you choose. Please keep in mind that UPS does not make deliveries on Expedited packages on Saturdays or Sundays!
UPS Ground: Transit times are typically 2-6 Business Days from the completion of order processing. UPS does not deliver residential package on Saturdays, so please take that into consideration when ordering. All packages are insured and full tracking is available via UPS.com
USPS Priority Mail: Transit times are typically 2-3 Business Days from the completion of order processing. USPS Priority Mail does deliver on Saturdays and tracking is available via USPS.com.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sign in to your account on the website. Click on My Account and View Order History. From here, you can track your package. Keep in mind, packages are not scanned by UPS & USPS until the end of each day so it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update!
If you don't have an account, that's no problem! As soon as your orders ships you'll receive a shipping notification with all of your tracking information. Just follow the correct link below for your shipping method & input your tracking number and you'll be able to keep an eye on your shipment!
